Wow! That's a lot. Since the creation of Survivor, we have been bombarded by "Reality shows", but none of these reflect real life!. I do not see Survivor Detroit, or So you think you can get a job. I lost my retirement, and feel like the Biggest Loser. How about Life Swap instead of wife swap? Take someone who lost their job and house, and put them in the life of one of the bankers who helped him lose his job and house. Intervention, how about Government spending intervention? Big Brother, well that's too easy. I could go on forever here, and I think you get my point. Even the news is not real all of the time. The recession is over... Really, then I'll just go get my old job back!

This misinformation, borders on Political Propaganda. There are no truths in some of this.

I now introduce Cass Sunstein.
Cass Sunstein is a great legal mind, and a professor of law in many different areas, mostly specializing in Constitutional law. This man is an academic mostly. Not practicing law, but mastering and redefining the language. You might say what's the problem with that? The problem is this. He is our information and regulatory czar.
He also may be up for the next available Supreme court seat.
Sunstein is mostly known for his writings on the law, and depending on your train of thought, is really brilliant, or really disturbing. I think he is both, but I do not want him in charge of anything!!!!

The following excerpt is from Wilkepedia:

{Sunstein's 2004 book, The Second Bill of Rights: FDR's Unfinished Revolution and Why We Need It More than Ever, advocates the Second Bill of Rights proposed by Franklin D. Roosevelt. Among these rights are a right to an education, a right to a home, a right to health care, and a right to protection against monopolies; Sunstein argues that the Second Bill of Rights has had a large international impact and should be revived in the United States. His 2001 book, Republic.com, argued that the Internet may weaken democracy because it allows citizens to isolate themselves within groups that share their own views and experiences, and thus cut themselves off from any information that might challenge their beliefs, a phenomenon known as cyber balkanization.

Sunstein co-authored Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth, and Happiness (Yale University Press, 2008) with economist Richard Thaler of the University of Chicago. Nudge discusses how public and private organizations can help people make better choices in their daily lives. Thaler and Sunstein argue that

People often make poor choices - and look back at them with bafflement! We do this because as human beings, we all are susceptible to a wide array of routine biases that can lead to an equally wide array of embarrassing blunders in education, personal finance, health care, mortgages and credit cards, happiness, and even the planet itself.[citation needed]

The ideas in the book proved popular with politicians such as Barack Obama.} end of wilkepedia excerpt.

So let me get this straight This man is in a position to regulate a great deal of things, and if he gets his chance which is coming, he will be able to make changes to our freedoms, especially freedom of speech. I suggest you educate yourself on this man, I cannot possible go into all of the things I see coming from him in the near future, but it is no accident, that Barrack Obama said "We are minutes away from fundamentally transforming America" They have 3 years left in this term, and when they are done, America will be no more. We will be regulated up to our eyeballs, and will not be able to make the choices we once could, because those choices will not exist anymore. Just a snippet, but if you think I am paranoid, think of this. Legislation is in the works to tell farmers, public and private how to grow their stuff, and that's just the beginning. Salt is being regulated in NY , so you do not have too much. We are being swallowed by the monster, not because we are trying to get away, but because we unknowingly walked right into his mouth. His mouth is still open, so turn and run for your lives!

See you tomorrow

Norm
